"We contracted C2 to build our new 5,000 sq. ft. home in Lakecliff, Spicewood, TX in 2000. From the very start, Shannon has been an ideal choice from the initial planning stage to final completion and beyond. We highly recommend C2 to anyone who wants to build a new custom home. Some things worth noting: 1) The design and planning stage was iterative, efficient, and straightforward. 2) Once we decided to proceed, the contract was in perfect order with all things explained to our satisfaction, either in person or via Zoom meetings when we were away. 3) Shannon is very customer oriented and doesn’t take on too many projects allowing him to concentrate on doing a good job with his clientele. 4) Construction was efficient, well managed and within budget, despite the supply chain issues associated with Covid. Cody, the project manager, is a great guy and we have appreciated his diligence and follow-up throughout the process. 5) Most importantly, Shannon and Cody delivered on their promises and didn’t need to be pestered to get things done. "Glenda and I want to thank you for being responsible for some of the best months of our lives. Those months were the ones we spent with you and your incredible team building our dream house on Lake Travis. It was so much fun and so rewarding! We believe our positive experience was primarily due to you, your honesty, your reliability, your attitude and demeanor. Your commitment to quality and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Despite building our house during the Covid pandemic, you never cut corners or materials. The contractors for the framing, the windows and doors, electrical, plumbing and a thousand other things were all done well and in a timely manner. In the end, we got what we wanted. We appreciated your suggestions and patience during the planning process and your open mindedness to our endless questions concerning things such as interior stone, black interior doors, last minute patio add on and so many more.
